How To Upload/Download Files With FTP over SSL (FTPES).

We support FTP over SSL in all our shared servers, Please download and install FilleZilla or CuteFTP to connect your FTP folders.

1. Create a FTP account in websitepanel control panel

If you had not create a FTP account, Please follow How To Create FTP Account In WebSite Control Panel? to create it.

2. FTP connect with FileZilla Client

2.1 Download FileZilla Client

If you did not install FileZilla, Please download FileZilla Client from http://filezilla-project.org/

2.2 Start FileZilla Client go to File -> Site Manager and click New site

1. Enter Your New Site Name
2. Host: Entry your server IP or ftp.yourdomain.com
3. ServerType: Please select 'FTPES-FTP over Explicit TLS/SSL'
4. Logon Type: Please select 'Normal'
5. User Name: Entry the user name you created in websitepanel control panel
6. Password: Entry the password of the user
7. Click Connect

3. FTP connect with CuteFTP Client

3.1 Download CuteFTP Client

If you did not install CuteFTP, Please download CuteFTP Client fromhttp://www.cuteftp.com/

3.2 Start CuteFTP Client click downward pointing arrow and select FTP/SSL Site

3.3 Please follow the informations to connect

1. Label: Enter Your New Site Name
2. Host Address: Entry your server IP or ftp.yourdomain.com
3. Login Method: Please select 'Normal'
4. User Name: Entry the user name you created in websitepanel control panel
5. Password: Entry the password of the user
6. Click Connect
